These terms cover every purchase from nexoraxspaceptelt.store, which is operated by LUCY WATKINS FUNY LLC, a Georgia limited liability company doing business as Nexorax. By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.
1. Who we are
LUCY WATKINS FUNY LLC, 173 River Birch Ln, Midway, GA 31320, United States. Email: support@nexoraxspaceptelt.store. We have no phone line. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean LUCY WATKINS FUNY LLC, and "you" means the person placing an order or using the site.
2. Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract. You must give a real name, a US shipping address, and a valid payment method. We sell to consumers in the United States only.
3. How a contract is formed
- Listing a blanket on the site is an invitation to order, not an offer to sell.
- When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. We send an order confirmation email, which is a receipt of your offer.
- The contract is formed when we send the shipping confirmation email. Until then we may decline the order, for example if the address is outside our shipping area, the payment fails, or the price was listed in error.
4. Made-to-order products
Every blanket is printed after you order. You may cancel or change an order within 12 hours of placing it. After 12 hours the blanket is in production and the order is final, subject to the return rights in section 7.
5. Prices, tax, and payment
Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice, but the price you pay is the one shown when you order. Sales tax is added at checkout where we must collect it. Payment terms are on the Payment policy page. If a price is listed in error we contact you before production, and you can pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
6. Shipping
Delivery times, costs, and the shipping area are on the Shipping policy page, which is part of these terms. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the package to the address you gave. If a package is lost in transit, the Shipping policy explains what we do under the heading Lost, delayed, or damaged packages.
7. Returns and refunds
The Returns and refunds page is part of these terms. In short: 30 days from delivery, no restocking fee, returns go to Midway, Georgia, and we pay return postage when the blanket arrives damaged, misprinted, or wrong.
8. Product descriptions and images
We describe each blanket as accurately as we can, including the words that appear in the artwork. Product images are renders from the print file, not photographs of a finished blanket, and colors on your screen will differ from the printed velveteen. Small variations in size, color, and print sharpness are normal for printed textiles and are not defects.
9. Intellectual property
The designs, text, and images on this site belong to LUCY WATKINS FUNY LLC or are used under license. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell them. If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, email support@nexoraxspaceptelt.store with the subject line "DMCA notice", a description of the work, the URL on our site, your contact details, and a statement made under penalty of perjury that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner. We respond within 5 business days.
10. Reviews and user content
If you send us a review, photo, or message, you allow us to display it on the site with your first name and state. We do not buy reviews, we do not offer discounts in exchange for reviews, and we do not remove honest negative reviews. We do remove content that is false, abusive, or infringes someone's rights.
11. Site use
You may not use the site to break the law, to interfere with its operation, or to collect data about other users. We can suspend accounts or refuse orders that appear fraudulent.
12. Warranties and liability
We warrant that a blanket will match its description and arrive undamaged. If it does not, your remedy is a reprint or a refund under section 7. Beyond that, the site and products are provided as is, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
13. Disputes and governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and the United States. If you have a problem, email us first; most issues are settled within a few days. If we cannot settle it, you may bring a claim in small claims court where you live, or in the state or federal courts located in Liberty County, Georgia. Your rights as a consumer are not affected by this section, and nothing here limits the authority of the Federal Trade Commission or your state Attorney General.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one on this page when you place an order, and we show the date at the bottom. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new version.
